Butler’s Pantry Renovation

Functional and Stylish Space

The original Butler’s Pantry was a hodgepodge of rooms that we opened up. We installed new windows in the kitchen and big French doors in the dining room—both to bring in more natural light. We tore down the existing covered back porch and built a new mudroom, with an intricate trellis pattern. The outside of the mudroom has a very intricate trellis pattern on it.

We opened up the space between the kitchen and dining room for an open Butler’s Pantry. The cabinetry was custom-made, and all of it is stained wood. The tile is zellige from cle’ tile—a natural stone that matches perfectly with everything else in this beautiful home.
